St.Georges provides friendship, support and stability in a therapeutic and caring environment for people suffering from mental health problems.
St Georges is based in a prime location within the town centre.
Breakfast and a 2-course meal are provided at a small charge every day with snacks, drinks, etc. available all day.
Members have the opportunity to participate fully in running the centre. Members are encouraged to find new interests and develop their skills via engaging with others, volunteering or participating in various activities.
St Georges prides itself on providing a QUALITY service based upon peoples' aspirations and choices and to promote 'recovery', independence and social inclusion for all. A one-one personal development programme is in place for any member of the centre to access at any time with their own key worker.
A general counselling service is available for adults Monday between 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.
